Millennials have been called the worst generation to ever live. With social media and the internet a lot has changed for the older generation, but for millennials that is the life they grew up in. We live in a totally different time than our parents and grand parent that is why they think we are lazy, self absorbed and complainers. The truth is we are not all of those things we are just different and life just got easier.

- Millennials are lazy

Every generation has been called lazy at some point. But I don't think millennials are lazy, life just

got easier with the internet and technology. Times have changed and opportunities have changed from our parents, and the millennial generation will probably say the same thing about the next generation. In fact millennials are on track to become the most educated generation.

- They are selfish

Many millennials are getting involved in causes, they recycle, speak up about important issue they believe in, and donate to their favorite charities. They care where everything they get is coming from and how it has been made. They focus on helping people around them directly rather than waiting for someone to do it for them.

- Millennials are materialistic

They tend to value experiences and doing things rather than knowing things because you can search any information in seconds but experience is what actually counts and it is what sets you apart

from others. Millennials are living a meaningful life that is about sharing, creating and capturing

memories.

- They have unrealistic expectations

Millennials live in a different lifetime than their parents and have more opportunities. They think

outside the box, and with the help of technology, life is so much easier and what might be unrealistic in the past could be realistic today. It is just not what people are used to.

- They look for rewards for minimal accomplishments

Everyone wants to be rewarded for a job well done and I think everyone deserves it. That is

how a healthy workforce should operate. Positive feedback is very important for every employee to feel confidant in their job.
